State Authority for Geospatial Information (ASIG) in cooperation with the Ministry of Education as the public authority responsible for the topic “Utitlity and governmental services” has published in the National Geoportal the updated geospatial information, of the “Educational Institutions” layer.

Thanks to the coordinated work of the technical staff of ASIG and the pre-university educational institutions at the national level, made available by the Regional Directorates of Pre-university Education in dependence (DRAP Tirana, Durrës, Lezhë, Korçë and Fier) as well as by the Local Offices of Pre-university Education in dependence, the categorization of these institutions at the regional level (Center) and at the local level (Subordinate).

The published data is in accordance with the state standard for the technical specifications of geospatial information in Albania. Theme: “Utitlity and governmental services”.
